The existing planting of this garden had become overgrown and tired, and the brief was for a refreshed garden that had interest and colour throughout the year.  The client also has a particular interest in butterflies and moths and so the planting needed to provide the appropriate nectar, food and habitat.  The planting provides interesting combinations in textures and colours that really stand out against the newly painted fence and has filled out quickly to suppress the weeds.  The lawn was re-shaped to complement the curves of the patio and to provide deeper borders.
